Slavic401k.com is going Green. Help the environment, reduce waste and clutter, by electing to receive your quarterly statements online, rather than having printed statements mailed to you. Our new e-statements now have the same format and contain the same details of your account as the statements currently mailed to you. We will also be keeping a history of your statements, beginning with the 1st Quarter of 2008.

1. Log in to "Manage Your Account"

2. Go to the Tools page and select "I elect to only receive electronic statements that I can view online" to stop receiving paper statements through the mail.

3. Next, on the menu on the left side, select Statements, Forms and Performances. From that page you may then select the statement that you wish to view.

Also, look for opportunities to fill out forms online, rather than printing forms to mail in, further saving paper, processing time, and the environment.
