PLANRight

Retirement Plan Services

About Us

PlanRight is the trade name for the bundled plan administration product that includes the services of the three companies described below known as the Slavic Group. Each provides a vital component to the PlanRight advantage of cost efficiency, no-load mutual funds, customer service, and plan compliance.

Plan Administration and Compliance Testing

Slavic Integrated Administration (SIA)

SIA serves as a Third Party Administrator to qualified retirement plans and facilitates the compliance with DOL and IRS regulations. SIA offers its and other services as part of a "bundled" plan with SMF serving as Investment Advisor and SIC serving as Broker/Dealer.

Depository Services, Inc. (DSI)

Depository Services Inc.(DSI), a DBA for Slavic Integrated Administration, Inc.(SIA), operates a segregated bank account utilized for processing contributions and participant directed transactions. Funds remain in this account only on a short-term basis, as they are forwarded to mutual funds for trades or disbursed to participants for distributions, loans and rollovers. No interest is paid on the float and no fees are charged to participants for use of this account.

Mutual Fund Trading and Customer Service

Slavic Investment Corporation (SIC)

SIC is a NASD Broker/Dealer and a member of SIPC. SIC opens accounts with various mutual fund companies in the name of the plan trust. This means that you, as the plan sponsor, control the assets.

Investment Platform and Advisory

Slavic Mutual Funds Management Corporation (SMF)

SMF, a Registered Investment Advisor, recommends and monitors funds for the platform and consults with participants.

How The Retirement Plan Works

"We consider it a privilege to help build the most important benefit you can offer your employees to meet the needs of their financial future.

If you, as the employer, already have a plan in place, the SIA merger department will guide you through the process of updating and transferring the plan. For new plans, the PlanRight Prototype Plan is available for adoption. In either case, the first step is to submit an evaluation survey, current provider contracts, and an employee census in order that your company can be efficiently analyzed.

Administering more than 3,200 plans, PlanRight is geared toward service and a fit for any employer that desires a flexible, low-cost retirement plan."

Sincerely,

John Slavic

President
