Should your plan automatically enroll participants as soon as they become eligible?

A prototype plan document is provided that includes three elements combined into one plan: participants can defer from their pay, the employer can provide a matching contribution, and/or the employer can make a profit sharing allocation. Other features such as vesting schedules and eligibility are tailored in the adoption agreement.
